請接案人協助撰寫網頁程式：
(1)網頁及相關設計排版皆已完成，coding區分配合iphone及ipad。
(2)web(responsive web design)網頁部分只有一頁，會分成中英文版，須判斷使用者來自台灣或美國來Defult首頁。
(3)specify experience with responsive design using the CSS library called Bootstrap 3。
(4)experience adding web tracking analytics to a website
